We provide weekly tips based on common queries which come through to us from London GPs and practice teams. These are shared via social media and collated for this newsletter.

#TipoftheWeek NHS England can terminate your contract if one or more partners leave and they consider that the change is likely to have a serious adverse impact on your ability to carry out your contractual obligations. You will need a business plan to demonstrate succession.

Last updated : 22 Jan 20182/2 Any change in partnership must be notified to the CQC, if the practice is currently single handed then you will need to apply to change the status of the practice from single handed to that of a partnership.
