For non-commercial use, including personal use, or for use by GP practice, a registered charity, a not-for-profit organisation or a public sector body, you may copy, download, adapt or print off copies of the materials, information, data and other content included on this website. You will need to obtain permission in writing from us before you make any other use of the content.

The rights in images, trademarks, trade names, logos included on www.lmc.org.uk are owned by us and/or third parties. You will need to obtain permission in writing from the owner before you may use these images, trademarks, trade names, logos in any way.

We do not monitor the content of third party websites. Any link provided on the website is solely for your convenience. We do not accept any responsibility for the content of any third party website and/or any loss or damage which may arise therefrom.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is reasonably necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as you continue to practice within our LMC areas.  If you wish to be removed from our database you can inform us in writing at any time.

Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved identification). We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.

3.  Cookies
