  • Advance care planning and supporting choice care in last days and hours and care after death.

Zoom taught days are interactive with lots of discussion and opportunities to ask questions.

This module is written and delivered by field expert Isabel Quinn and is professionally accredited by the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Students will have four months (16 weeks) to complete the module but will be granted access to the online units for a maximum of six months.
