Your appraisal documentation will be scrutinised if you are investigated by NHSE following a complaint or if there are performance concerns.

#TipoftheWeek If you're a doctor and NHSE receive a complaint they may consider whether there is be a performance concern & send information to the NHSE Medical Directorate. You may not be informed about this until after the concern has been passed on to the Medical Directorate.
