Tips of the month June 2018

#TipoftheWeek CQC will expect you to have oxygen and a defibrillator unless you have done a robust risk assessment which justifies the absence of this equipment. It is acceptable for practices who share a building to share a defibrillator.

#TipoftheWeek You must report any death on your practice premises to NHSE and CQC no later than the end of the first working day following the death.

Last updated : 20 Jun 2018#TipoftheWeek You have a contractual obligation to offer the Friends and Family Test and report the results to NHSE monthly via CQRS even if you have no replies and publish the results in a manner approved by NHSE. Failure to do so could lead to a breach of contract notice.
