New GP State of Emergency resources
Thank you to everyone who attended the popular GP State of Emergency (GPSOE) workshop at our annual conference in March, run by Dr Elliott Singer, the Medical Director leading on GPSOE at Londonwide LMCs.
The workshop included a group session where attendees identified areas for new guidance, letters and posters. As a result, the GPSOE team at Londonwide LMCs has produced the following:
- GPSOE guidance on patients who wish to fly when pregnant.
- GPSOE guidance on patients presenting with dental issues.
- Patient facing poster about absence from work.
These new documents can be downloaded by clicking on the links above or by visiting our dedicated GPSOE website https://gpsoe.org.uk.
We are always keen to hear of any other guidance or support that practice teams may need so do contact us at GPSOE2016@lmc.org.uk. You can also use our Beam to LMC app as a quick and easy way to alert us to other issues affecting you in your practice and distracting you from the day job of providing patient care.
