Londonwide LMCs gains Investors in People Silver award
On 11 October we were assessed for our Investors in People Silver award, we met the accreditation standards and received confirmation of the award at the start of November. The assessment involved private interviews with 17 randomly selected members of staff and a review of relevant documents. The Investors in People report said:
“This assessment of Londonwide LMCs provides very positive evidence of a mature, confident organisation which has a positive working culture where people are motivated to perform at their best to achieve the vision. There are shared values and a more consistent appreciation of positive motivating ways of working at all levels. People believe in what Londonwide LMCs is trying to achieve – “believe in what we do here in supporting GPs – over the years only improving – built our reputation authoritative/trust” – and therefore high levels of self-motivation and intrinsic job satisfaction. There are established strategic and operational planning processes and a suite of polices which underpin people practice that are regularly reviewed.”
