CPD Standards Office awards our General Practice Manager Training Programme 106 CPD points

Our new General Practice Manager (GPM) training programme has now been awarded CPD accreditation by the CPD Standards Office.

Students on the programme will now receive up to 106 CPD points for successful completion of the programme.

The CPD accreditation is in addition to the professional accreditation with the RCGP.

The GPM training programme is designed and taught by experienced practice managers and other experts in the field. It is aimed at those who are new to practice management or those aspiring to become a practice manager. The programme is tailored to general practice and provides a solid foundation and understanding of the varied tasks of the practice manager’s role.

The programme is composed of three face-to-face taught days, 11 online units, a practice-based competency document and a 3,000 word written project.

Although this is a new programme we have already received some very positive feedback from programme students in NW London.
