On 11 August, Dr Tina Agrawal of Camden LMC was quoted in Pulse speaking about ARRS funding in North Central London. On 28 July, Dr Michelle Drage, our CEO, was quoted in Pulse Intelligence speaking about Covid related pressures on practice finances . We have also briefed the Independent, HSJ, GPOnline and Pulse on issues affecting London GPs, including this winter’s vaccination campaigns. We will be marking World Alzheimer’s Day and World Patient Safety Day in September and Breast Cancer Awareness Month and World Mental Health Day in October. Please contact the comms team if you have any local stories or information related to these awareness days/ months.
We continue to be very active in promoting the interests of London GPs and practice staff on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. If you have an example of general practice doing something well which could make a news story please get in touch. We also support practices that are approached with media requests.
