Wellbeing Matters - new support for practice staff from MIAB
A recent survey found that 88% of practices said that the pandemic has affected the physical and mental wellbeing of their staff. Whilst the survey cited workload and funding as major issues in primary care, it found that general practice staff were significantly affected, experiencing burnout, stress, anxiety, and financial worries.
Our approved insurance Partner MIAB wants to help, and is offering all PCN and practice staff access to its Wellbeing Matters platform, which is designed to support the wellbeing of your workforce.
Support includes advice on finding the right work-life balance, improving morale, tips and practical resources supporting general, physical and mental wellbeing, and lots more. The Wellbeing Matters platform also provides support to business owners, senior leaders, and those in other management roles ways in supporting the wellbeing of the business and its employees.
