Bryan Wootten has been providing property related advice to GP Practices as an independent surveyor since 2006. He specialises in supporting GP Practices in the following matters:

• Surgery valuation advise for partnership purposes
• Notional Rent appeals
• Lease rent reviews
• Negotiation of new leases and lease renewals including NHS approval in accordance with the Premises Directions
• Supporting GP Practices with new surgery proposals including securing CCG approval for scheme proposals via PIDs and business cases

Bryan has specialised in primary care property matters since 2000 and has experience working within the Department of Health and the District Valuer’s office prior to working as an independent consultant.
