Your experience of digital health services

With increasing moves toward digital access and service provision in general practice, we want to gather information on the differing platforms and pilots offering online access, including whether and how they have involved practices.

We are particularly interested in your comments on any successes and challenges you have experienced in your own workplaces, and the impact on staff and patients, including any details you can share on individuals who may have left your list for a new provider or service and then re-registered.

Londonwide LMCs continues to monitor developments around digital and online health offerings and providers including, amongst others, Babylon Health’s “GP at Hand” which now has over 32,000 registered patients.  You can read the recently published Equalities Impact Assessment, commissioned by GP at Hand service at Hammersmith and Fulham CCG’s request, here

Please share your thoughts and experiences with us by emailing info@lmc.org.uk. You can also get in touch if you would like to discuss this work further.
