The BMA has launched a new leaflet which is designed to provide patients with information on what to expect when referred to a specialist. The leaflet can be downloaded from this page.
The BMA has also produced further resources for patient liaison which are available here.
Our waiting room video which informs patients about what to expect from a specialist referral can be downloaded from our GP State of Emergency site. You will need to contact your screen provide about having it added to their system, which is normally a straightforward process.
