Quality and Outcomes (QOF) collection failure notice
The recent Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) information collection has not been successful due to a technical issue and the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) is aware of this.
This collection was for September data and is for information only. There is no payment directly attached to information from this collection as payment is made annually at the end of the 2015/16 financial year. HSCIC have apologised for the inconvenience that this has caused and will update users once the problem is fixed.
The September data collection will now take place at the end of October/early November once the assurance process has been completed. The October data will then be scheduled as soon as the September data has been successfully collected. HSCIC do not believe that this issue will impact on local system supplier reports.
