Primary care working at scale Master Classes in September

There are a series of Master Classes throughout September which will support GP providers in their journey and development as Working at Scale organisations.

The events have been organised in a partnership between Londonwide LMCs, Healthy London Partnership and tle miad.

The Master Classes will focus on 'being an effective organisation' and will include: 

  • Setting strategic direction
  • Effective leadership behaviours
  • Creating an effective Board and duties of Board directors
  • Engaging internal and external stakeholders

There are three choices of afternoon sessions on the following dates:
