How CQC will inspect from 1 April 2013 and pilot report findings
Once you are registered from 1 April 2013, CQC will continue to check you are meeting the essential standards. CQC have published how they will do that, including information on inspections and a video introduction from Professor David Haslam on their website.
This page includes the findings of more than 40 pilot inspections CQC carried out in London and the South West. You can find case studies of the pilot, and a video interview with one of the practice managers who took part on the CQC website.
CQC will be publishing more information and resources for providers about what to expect from an inspection next year.
