Founded by Robert Still FCIPD in 2007, STILLwHR is all about supporting our clients in creating happier workplaces. We’re a team of experienced, highly qualified professionals bringing real results. • HR Projects and Consultancy –  providing our wealth of experience in organisational HR matters, knowledge and skills on a project-based consultancy basis. Each project starting off with an agreed clear, detailed and budgeted project plan. Projects delivered include: restructures, change management, policy revisions, contract reviews, investigations including disciplinary, bullying and harassment.
• HR Support & Advice Service -  an ongoing high quality, confidential and on-tap service providing expert guidance on operational HR matters for organisations often without any internal HR specialist. The extent of the service is clearly defined and agreed in advance, then provided on an annually renewable contractual basis.
• Conflict Resolution and Workplace Mediation - broken working relationships between employees or GPs, within a team, or between teams, can cause personal grief and organisational dysfunction. With a high success rate, professional mediation can support people to create their own solutions in Voluntary Agreements or Team Pledges. 

Our Founding Director Robert Still is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and Fellow of the Institute of Consultants; he leads a team of five colleagues qualified in the fields of HR, management, mediation, mental health and psychotherapy.
