Media and public affairs round-up

image

On 12 November Dr Michelle Drage, our CEO, was quoted in Pulse regarding NHS England’s plan to single out the ‘bottom 20%’ of practices. On 6 November Dr Michelle Drage, our CEO, was quoted in a Guardian article on plans to allow people to book Covid-19 booster jabs earlier than three months after their second jab. We have also provided briefings and background to journalists from the Health Service Journal, The Independent, The Observer and Camden New Journal.

We continue to be very active in promoting the interests of London GPs and practice staff on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. If you have an example of general practice doing something well which could make a news story please get in touch. We also support practices that are approached with media requests. You can find details here.
