Making changes to a registration
From early next year you can apply to make changes to your registration, once you have received your Notice of Decision and certificate. You will be able to do that by completing and emailing the CQC downloadable forms, which will be available through your online account and from the CQC’s GP webpages.
CQC are currently working on developing online accounts even further, so that after you have registered, any more changes you need to make to your registration can be made through interactive forms. That will mean no email or downloading, and you will just need to complete the forms and submit them straight to CQC through your account.
CQC will email you with more information about how to make changes to your registration early next year. You can find more information on the CQC website here now.
