Tips of the month May 2018
We provide weekly tips based on common queries which come through to us from London GPs and practice teams. These are shared via social media and collated for this newsletter.
#TipoftheWeek You have a contractual obligation to offer the Friends and Family Test and report the results to NHSE monthly via CQRS even if you have no replies and publish the results in a manner approved by NHSE. Failure to do so could lead to a breach of contract notice.

#TipoftheWeek If you wish to de-register a patient for unreasonable behaviour you must have given them a written warning within the previous 12 months.

#TipoftheWeek A breach of contract notice will remain on your record. If you get a second breach notice NHSE may consider issuing a termination of contract notice (although this is very rare). You can appeal to the Appeals Tribunal and Litigation Authority.
