Primary care buddying system
The NHS London Leadership Academy is working with primary care providers to support development in the sector, and to facilitate wider working across the health and social care system.
They are offering a tailored organisational development (OD) programme for at least 25 leaders from primary care. The programme’s key focus is how best to build capacity for OD at the points where various elements of provision connect. It is a specially tailored and adapted version of the Leadership Academy’s OD programmes for those starting out with OD.
For the buddying element, programme participants will be paired with an experienced organisational development practitioner to have face to face and telephone conversations in support of their work across the period of the programme, with the possibility of this support running beyond the end of the programme.
To discuss this opportunity or to express interest in becoming a buddy, please contact Mark Cole at the NHS London Leadership Academy: mark.cole@leadershipacademy.nhs.uk.
