The content of the course covers everything a practice manager needs to know; including human resources, financial planning, data protection, leases and premises, health and safety, patient engagement and much more.
The one year programme is a blended learning programme and consists of 11 online units, three face to face taught days, held at our London offices, and a practice based competency document.
