Discount rates for flu vaccines for winter 2018 through Londonwide LMCs' Buying Group

Many practices are starting to plan for winter 2018 and are pre-ordering their flu vaccines.

Londonwide LMCs' Buying Group, through our buying partner MidMeds, has negotiated a specially discounted rate for member practices.

The discounted rate of 50% of the normal cost has been offered for Influvac QIV and Generic QIV, the rate has been offered initially until the end of February 2018 by Mylan. There is a 40.3% discount available for FLUAD (adjuvanted Trivalent) offered by Seqirus available until 16 February 2018, a discount of 38.8% will be available after 16 February 2018.

Londonwide LMCs has recently refreshed its buying group service so even if you used the previous buying group arrangement you will need to register if you have not done so since 30 January 2018.

To take advantage of these offers you can contact the suppliers directly:

Please state that you are a member of the Londonwide LMCs' buying group when placing your order.

Further information on the rates and terms of this offer is available here.

The Londonwide LMCs' buying group refreshed service, powered by MidMeds and MIAB was launched on 30 January 2018. Please click here for more information.

Following some confusion about ordering flu vaccines NHS England issued this definitive guidance on 5 February 2018.

Please note, Londonwide LMCs is no longer working the LMC Buying Group Federation run by Nottinghamshire LMC.
