New GPSoE Resources - Posters
We have produced two posters to help practices explain to patients and staff why we are in a state of emergency. One is for your waiting room and outlines the basics of the growing workload and reducing resources. The other is for your staff noticeboard, directing them to useful links and guidance. Both can be downloaded from our GP State of Emergency website.
These new items are part of the suite of guidance and templates created as part of our #GPStateofEmergency campaign which launched in April in response to the pressures on general practice which threaten services to patients. The campaign materials help practice staff to manage requests for un-resourced work and communicate with patients. In case you missed it last month, you can also find our recent Department of Work and Pensions appeals Emergency Guidance online.
We hope that you find these useful. If you have any views or feedback on the #GPStateofEmergency campaign please email gpsoe@lmc.org.uk.
