This unique blended learning programme has been written by experienced practice nurses and field experts for practice nurses. The course is professionally accredited with the RCGP (Royal College of General Practitioners) and is academically accredited by Middlesex University with 20 credits at level 6.
 
 
 
Who is it for?
  • Registered adult nurses who are new to general practice.
  • Nurses who are transitioning from secondary or community care.
  • Those who are returning to practice after a career break and wish to update their skills.
 
 
 
How does it work?

The programme is made up of various components.
  • Eight online units including multiple-choice questions.
  • Two face-to-face taught days.
  • One practice-based competency document.
  • One 4,000 word written assignment.
All components are compulsory and upon completion students will receive a certificate of completion from Londonwide LMCs and a certificate of credits from Middlesex University.

 
 
 
What does it cost?

£850 plus VAT (which can be paid online or by requesting an invoice) for the one year course.
