NHS England GP engagement survey

South East CSU is developing an outline business case for an improved system of urgent and emergency services on behalf of NHS England, and would like GPs to help by answering some questions.

The current Directory of Services is used by all NHS 111 providers and many ambulance trusts to help signpost and refer patients to the right service. It holds details of urgent and emergency health services across the country and South East CSU would welcome your views on the benefits of improving the service, and improving access to accurate information in terms of patient experience, quality of consultation and time. Your opinion is of vital importance for this piece of work and South East CSU would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete their questionnaire.
