Thousands of London’s pensioners on low incomes may not be receiving Pension Credits they are entitled to, GP practices can help by displaying reminder materials about who can claim.

Our next workforce survey will be arriving with practices at the end of next month. Information gathered in the last wave is already being used to support our work explaining how under pressure London practices are.

Media and public affairs round-up

On 19 October, Dr Elliott Singer, one of our Medical Directors, spoke to Pulse about an incident of staff abuse in North East London. On 15 October the BMA used one of our case studies in an article on abuse of practice staff.
