Londonwide LMCs' practice manager training programme
 

 

 

 

 

 
 
This unique blended learning programme has been written by practice managers for practice managers. It has also been professionally accredited by the RCGP (Royal College of General Practitioners) and is accredited with 110 CPD points from the CPD Standards Office.
 
 
 
Who is it for?
  • People entering general practice for the first time.
  • Practice managers wishing to update their skills following a break.
  • Those on a career path within a practice or those who are managers in another field and looking to follow a career in practice management.
 
 
 

How does it work?

The programme is made up of various components.
  • Eleven online units and multiple-choice questions.
  • Three face-to-face taught days (one dedicated to practice finance).
  • One practice-based competency document.
  • One 3,000 word written project.
All components are compulsory and upon completion students will receive a Certificate of Completion from Londonwide LMCs.

 
What does it cover?

The content of the course covers everything a practice manager needs to know including:
  • Human resources.
  • Practice finances and financial planning.
  • Data protection.
  • Leases and premises.
  • Health and safety.
  • Patient engagement.
 
 
 
What does it cost?

£999 plus VAT (which can be paid online or by requesting an invoice) for the one year course.
