How we use your data

In line with recent changes in data protection legislation, we have updated our Privacy Policy to provide you with more detail on how we handle your personal data.  Our Privacy Policy can be found here.

Here are a few key updates we have made to our Privacy Policy:

  • We added more detail on how we handle personal data.
  • We set out clearly what rights you have in relation to your personal data (e.g. access, correction, erasure) and how you can exercise them.
  • In respect of each of the purposes for which we use your personal data, the GDPR requires us to ensure that we have a “legal basis” for that use, and we listed such uses and relevant legal bases in our Privacy Policy.
  • We included information on how we use cookies and other tracking technologies to personalise the information you receive from us.

Any future changes to this policy will published on the website (www.lmc.org.uk) and new versions of the privacy policy will be indicated by the version number and updated date.  If you have any questions, please contact us at governance@lmc.org.uk .
