Provider Development Masterclasses

This series of day-long masterclasses aims to equip participants with relevant, practical business skills and knowledge that they can take back and use in their localities. Topics have been selected based on provider feedback and will address the most pressing issues facing developing GP networks, existing ones, collaborative groups, and London at-scale primary care organisations.

The first masterclass will be run three times on different dates and in different locations, to maximise accessibility. It consists of two sessions:

Session one – Governance

This has been identified as a key issue across London, its importance and how a provider organisation’s structure will be influenced by its goals and ambitions.

Session two - Business, financial and service planning

This includes organisational purpose, how to develop a business plan and the benefits of effective planning. The session will finish with a panel discussion and there will be an opportunity for networking.

There are three dates and location options for you to choose from:

  • Wednesday 4th May, 12:00-16:00 at Kia Oval, Kennington, London SE11 5SS
  • Thursday 5th May, 12:00-16:00 at Lift, 45 White Lion St, Islington, N1 9PW
  • Wednesday 11th May, 12:00-16:00 at Bethnal Town Hall, Patriot Square, E2 9NF

Book your place here.

We look forward to seeing you at one of the above masterclasses. If you have any questions, please email: sarah.martyn@lmc.org.uk or ann.ayamah@lmc.org.uk, or england.londonprimarycaretransformation@nhs.net.
