Keeping on top of bureaucracy in your practice

Jeremy Hunt recently announced plans to cut bureaucracy in the health service, including ending the practice of hospitals referring patients who miss appointments back to GPs and consolidating the multiple payments GP practices receive into a single payment. While GPs and practice staff are awaiting details of exactly how this change will be implemented, you may wish to revisit our resources for managing bureaucracy.
