#TipoftheWeek Clinical governance is a contractual requirement although there is no definition in the contract. You must have a nominated individual in the practice who has responsibility for being the lead for clinical governance.

Last updated : 16 Feb 2018#TipoftheWeek If you are a GMS practice you must offer employment to a salaried GP on a model contract at least as favourable as the BMA model contract. This has now been extended to PMS practices.
