Tips of the month May 2018

#TipoftheWeek You have a contractual obligation to offer the Friends and Family Test and report the results to NHSE monthly via CQRS even if you have no replies and publish the results in a manner approved by NHSE. Failure to do so could lead to a breach of contract notice.

#TipoftheWeek A breach of contract notice will remain on your record. If you get a second breach notice NHSE may consider issuing a termination of contract notice (although this is very rare). You can appeal to the Appeals Tribunal and Litigation Authority.
