Media and public affairs round-up

image

On 18 February Dr Elliott Singer, one of our Medical Directors, was quoted in Pulse regarding the Met Police working with Londonwide LMCs on guidance to reduce GP abuse. On 10 February we provided background to the HSJ on the NHS care backlog. On 1 February a Londonwide guidance update was quoted by GPonline in a story about the u-turn on the mandatory Covid-19 vaccine policy, and on 25 January, by Pulse regarding GP staff resigning ahead of the Covid vaccine mandate.

We continue to be very active in promoting the interests of London GPs and practice staff on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. If you have an example of general practice doing something well which could make a news story please get in touch. We also support practices that are approached with media requests. You can find details here.
