Patient engagement project survey findings
Londonwide LMCs' patient engagement survey, conducted in autumn 2016, identifies the broad spectrum of both practice and patient experience of Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) across the capital. The survey went to practice leads (the member of staff at the practice responsible for patient engagement) and patient leads (normally the PPG chair).
Survey findings highlight PPG successes in supporting practices, as well as identifying barriers to patient engagement. Top tips from practice staff and patients on developing an effective PPG are included in the full survey report.
